Things in my neighborhood I never thought I’d see: a SOLD sign on NYC’s narrowest townhouse. 

For non-New Yorkers, it’s less than 9 feet across and was on the market in 2011 for $4.3M. I swear I saw a piece somewhere that said it was so small you had to shower with the back windows open I order to fit (who can confirm this super important fact for me??). 

I must know who bought this thing and (more importantly) what they paid.
